PixInsight Overview, by Jerry Gardner

Abstract:

Jerry will provide an introduction to PixInsight, a substantial software product that provides many extended features  that astro-imagers will find highly useful.

To cover PixInsight in detail would require many hours, but you’ll find about many of the great features and how they can be useful to you!

Included will be discussion on the user interface, auto stretch, creating a work flow and give a sample workflow execution.

Prerequisites:
Only general knowledge of astro-imaging is needed. It will help you to follow along if you have already installed PixInsight (even if it’s just the free trial).
