Jason Ware has been photographing the night sky since 1989 using exclusively Meade Instruments telescopes.
He began astrophotography using black & white and color films hyper-sensitized in his home built chamber. In 2005 Jason began using CCD cameras.
In 2009, he began using an Apogee Instruments 6303 U9. This instrument now produces images with lower noise and fewer artifacts.
Jason has been a beta tester for Meade, has over 200 published images and a speaker at various astronomy and photographic venues.
His images can be seen at his website http://galaxyphoto.com and Astrophoto of the Day (enter Jason Ware to search).
