NGC 5139, Omega Centauri taken by Bob Van Gulick of Austin on 05/20/2012 with a Canon T2i modded to remove IR filter camera through a Prime focus thru AT106LE telescope on CGEM mount. Guiding through ST80 with PhD. 2 minute subs, total of only 42 minutes of data in this shot.. This image is Omega Centauri and won TSP 2013 People’s Choice Award in the astrophotography contest!
