Liability Release Form

In consideration of my being accepted by the 2013 Texas Star Party as a
participant of the Texas Star Party to be held at the Prude Ranch, Fort
Davis, Texas, on May 5 through May 12, 2013:

I, ______________________________ of ____________________________

agree to hold harmless the Texas Star Party, Inc., the Southwest Region
of the Astronomical League, the Astronomical League, their member
societies, the Prude Ranch, Inc, and members of the Prude family, and
any employees, principals, agents, officers or members thereof, from any
claims, liabilities, losses, demands, causes of action, suits and
expenses (including attorney fees), which may directly or indirectly be
connected to the Texas Star Party and/or my presence on the premises
of the Prude Ranch and related areas.

I further agree to indemnify any party indicated above should such party
suffer any claims, liabilities, losses, demands, causes of action, suits
and expenses (including attorney fees), caused directly or indirectly by
my negligent or intentional acts, or failure to act, or if such acts or
failures to act are directly or indirectly caused by any person in my
family or associates while participating in the Texas Star Party.

If I am staying in covered-housing at Prude Ranch, I further acknowledge
that employees of Prude Ranch and/or Texas Star Party staff may access
my accommodations for the sole purpose of installing dark-out materials
for compliance with TSP dark-out rules.

My signature upon this form also indicates agreement and acceptance on
behalf of all minor children (under 18 years of age) under my care in
attendance.
