Coleman-type lanterns, campfires, grills, and outdoor lighting are NOT permitted at night. You can use a grill during daytime, as long as it is propane tank or similar coleman-type (not wood nor charcoal). And the grill must not be on the ground, ie should be insulated.

Some years we have extended circumstances (fire danger), and grills may not be allowed at all (ie no open flame).
